Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has shipped to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of the "Design Your Own Leotard" and "Design Your Own Shorts", these items are INELIGIBLE for returns or exchanges unless there is a production defect in the garment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards, as these are final sale.
Adore Leotards is not liable for returns lost in transit and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking. We encourage you to insure your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
